Empathetic and level-headed when handling customer concerns. Tech and social media savvy. Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and willing to adapt to change as necessary. You will be expected to provide superb service to every customer, paying attention to every detail.
Minimum requirements:
3+ years of fashion-related customer service, with 1+ year of sales experience.
