Yes. LA Collection operates on an appointment basis to ensure you have the full attention of your consultant. 

We do welcome walk-ins when time allows but this is not always possible due to existing appointments for the day.

You are welcome to browse the designers we carry which are listed on our website under the ‘Collections’ tab. 

Please note not all of these dresses are carried in store.

Bridal and grad dress sizing differs from everyday clothing sizes. Before ordering a dress, we will take your measurements to best decide with you which size would be best.

Our dresses are ordered in standard sizing, not made according to your personal measurements.

Alterations may still be required for a “perfect fit” (at an additional cost).

We will contact you when your dress has arrived in store.

At that time, we can book either a pick up/try on OR alterations with a seamstress.

Yes! We do offer in-house alterations for dresses only purchased from LA Collection.

These appointments are to be booked over the phone with a consultant.

It is recommended to allot 8-10 weeks for bridal gown alterations, and 5-6 weeks for grad or special occasion gowns prior to your event date.

All outdoor footwear must be removed upon entry. Please remember to bring socks, slippers or indoor footwear. If you are unable to remove your shoes, we do provide shoe covers if necessary.

All dress purchases are final sale, whether they are ordered or purchased off the rack. We do not accept refunds or exchanges.

We do not offer dress rentals or buy back dresses.

Water is allowed in the store, in closed bottles only. Any other drinks brought in must be kept at the front desk to eliminate any possible spills on our sales floors.

Yes. We have a large selection of accessories for you to choose from.

Our selection of accessories includes jewelry, handbags, wedding gown belts, garters, as well as hair accessories.

We recommend beginning your dress search 10–12 months before your wedding date. This allows time for ordering, production, shipping, and alterations.

Most bridal gowns take approximately 6-9 months to arrive once ordered. 

Some dresses may be in supplier stock and could come much sooner.

Rush order options may be available depending on the designer.

Yes! All our wedding gowns are available for off-the-rack purchase and can be taken home the same day.

Most grad dresses take approximately 4-6 months to arrive once ordered. This may vary depending on the supplier.

Some dresses may be in supplier stock and could come much sooner.

Our ordering cut off for most suppliers is January.

Yes! All our grad dresses are available for off-the-rack purchase and can be taken home the same day.

Past year’s stock is always available to be purchased off the rack, while the new collection is available to be purchased off the rack in January (unless otherwise discussed at your appointment)

We do keep record of dresses that have been purchased, however, this only applies to dresses bought from LA Collection. We do not have records from other stores.
