L.A. Collection Review : ____ Hey ladies (and gentlemen?)! ....... As I'm sure you all know, or are soon to find out, shopping for bridal apparel is REALLY HARD!!! So many different stores, styles, colours, prices... trying to imagine what you will look like in any one of a million dresses crammed onto a thousand racks, usually NOT in the colour you're looking for... it's enough to make your head explode.......... This afternoon, my soon-to-be-married friend, Nikki, and I went looking for my "best lady" dress (as we like to call it). We were planning to go to the store where she originally bought her dress, but were side tracked by a quick stop in LA Collection, which happened to be on the way........... At first I was a little weirded out by having to take my shoes off- but apparently this is normal- and to be totally honest, they were killing my feet anyway... So down the stairs we went, and were greeted by a SEA of different dresses... holy ****! That is what I call "selection" - albeit a little overwhelming! WHERE TO BEGIN!? .......... Thankfully, after a little looking around, our sales girl, Brenda, came to save the day. Adorable, friendly, and most importantly- with not a single idea in mind of what I was even beginning to look for, she was able to pick out The Perfect Dress- beautiful shape and colour, very flattering, reasonably priced, and in a style that I can definitely see myself using again (thank god!). .......... Nikki has already purchased her dress- and was actually a little disappointed she hadn't been to LA C. before. She said the prices at LA C. were HUNDREDS of dollars cheaper than the other stores she'd been in- and the customer service was soooo much better. PLUS! I found a gorgeous hair clip to go with my dress for ONLY THIRTY DOLLARS!!! Incredible, one of a kind, silver with rhinestones in this beautiful side-sweeping piece that will look soooooooo pretty in my up-do :) That description really doesn’t do it justice, but take my word for it: it is going to MAKE my outfit. .......... SO in summary, I hope that after reading this, you make your first stop LA Collection before going anywhere else. You won't be disappointed! And ask for Brenda- she was awesome!!!..........
